The Head of Sales will lead and elevate OGARAJETS’ sales organization, overseeing both our client engagement and inventory sales pipelines. This person will serve as a force multiplier, driving revenue growth while mentoring a talented team of Sales Executives and Sales Engineers.
The ideal candidate is both a strategist and coach, someone who thrives on accountability, understands the nuance of luxury sales, and can build systems that consistently outperform the market.
This full-time role is based in Atlanta and requires in-office presence Monday through Friday.
Sales Strategy & Pipeline Leadership
Drive and execute the strategic vision for both key revenue streams: client engagements and inventory sales.
Maintain and optimize two distinct sales pipelines—aircraft purchase prospects and client/inventory engagements—ensuring full visibility and measurable progress.
Lead effective forecasting, pricing strategy, and market positioning to outpace competitors and expand market share.
Develop and maintain internal systems for managing new inquiries, inventory interest, and deal tracking.
Team Leadership, Coaching & Accountability
Lead, manage, and hold accountable the Sales Executives and Sales Engineers to consistent performance and ethical standards.
Set clear KPIs, provide real-time coaching, and ensure ongoing professional development across the sales team.
Conduct weekly L10s and quarterly conversations to support continuous growth.
Encourage healthy internal competition while fostering a unified, collaborative team culture.
Oversee onboarding, training, and certification processes for all sales hires.
Sales Execution & Deal Management
Serve as a point of escalation for high-priority opportunities, supporting team members through complex deals.
Guide inquiry qualification, pipeline prioritization, and deal conversion strategies.
Ensure clear ownership of every deal from opportunity through close, with timely documentation and reporting.
Regularly conduct quality control audits and ensure consistency across deal documentation and CRM usage.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Marketing on strategic outreach campaigns, sales collateral, and positioning aligned with current market activity.
Partner with Business Intelligence to leverage data and insights that improve prospecting efforts and deal velocity.
Act as a key participant in pricing, strategy, and positioning for both on-market and speculative inventory.
Performance Reporting & Innovation
Deliver accurate, actionable sales reporting to leadership, including Net Revenue performance, opportunity status, and lead source analytics.
Continuously refine systems, tools, and strategies to increase sales efficiency and elevate the client experience.
Drive adherence to OGARAJETS’ EOS model, ensuring departmental rocks, metrics, and accountability are met quarterly.
Participate in weekly, quarterly, and annual Leadership Team meetings to drive the strategy of the department and contribute to shaping the vision of the company.
Experience & Industry Background
10+ years of experience in sales leadership, ideally within private aviation, luxury goods, or high-stakes B2B sales.
Proven ability to drive multi-million-dollar revenue growth in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Deep understanding of whole aircraft transactions, high-net-worth clients, and long-cycle sales processes.
Strong proficiency with sales technology and CRM platforms, with a track record of using data and systems to drive team performance and pipeline visibility
Sales & Leadership Expertise
Strong command of pipeline management, strategic pricing, and sales forecasting.
Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
Experience coaching talent, overcoming objections, and closing complex, high-value deals.
