Aaron has a strong technical background, with Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in aerospace engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, with aerodynamics and propulsion as his areas of concentration. Through an internship and employment, he has spent time with some of the leading aircraft manufacturers—Dassault, Embraer, and Gulfstream, to be specific.
As the Director of Sales Support, Aaron ensures the OGARA support team is apprised and on top of all relevant information to keep each project running smoothly. This includes a project manager role and engagement / closing specialist responsibilities. Aaron oversees and assists with client engagement letters, contracts, project updates and other critical documents and communications, and also coordinates closing and post-closing activities.
A devoted family man, Aaron spends time away from the office with his wife, Amanda, and their daughter and son. He also enjoys music, automobiles and aircraft, flying gliders, fishing, golfing, bowling, and playing volleyball and softball.
