Connor brings a deep, operator-informed perspective to his role as Sales Associate at OGARAJETS. With more than five years of experience across multiple segments of private aviation, Connor supports sales and acquisition projects with a strong foundation in operations, charter management, and analytics.

Connor began his aviation career in 2020, making a swift transition from healthcare into private aviation, developing a strong passion for the industry through hands-on exposure to high-net-worth sales and managing the complexities of operations for the largest jet card provider in the world. His background includes jet card sales, efficiency analytics, large-scale charter contracting, and the development, operation safety auditing, and management of a worldwide network of more than 800 Part.135 charter operators. In this role, Connor worked closely with domestic and international operators, negotiating contracts, analyzing fleet utilization and direct operating costs, and forecasting revenue to support efficient, scalable operations.

Before joining OGARAJETS, Connor also held leadership roles within aircraft management and charter operations, where he focused on process development, white-glove client services, and financial reporting for managed aircraft. His experience collaborating with operators, maintenance providers, and internal leadership teams has shaped his ability to align operational realities with ownership and transaction strategy.

Some of Connor’s largest career achievements include securing 117 net new jet card clients in just 2.5 years, procuring and managing 7,892 contracted flight hours, representing $59.1 million in revenue, with domestic and international charter operators in 2023. He is known for building durable long-standing relationships, applying disciplined market intelligence, and serving as a thoughtful advocate for his clients.

Outside of work, Connor enjoys embracing his Italian heritage through cooking for family and friends, as well as relishing in the outdoors when golfing and hiking. He values teamwork, accountability, and continuous self improvement, guided by the belief that the strongest outcomes are achieved through collaboration and shared purpose.
