Jake Rainey
Sales Executive
Jake is an IADA Certified Aircraft Broker and business aviation advisor with OGARAJETS, specializing in aircraft sales, aircraft acquisitions, aircraft valuations, and market advisory services for corporate flight departments, private aircraft owners, and high-net-worth individuals. With a relationship-first approach rooted in Southern hospitality, Jake provides clients with the trusted guidance, transparency, and market intelligence needed to navigate complex business aircraft transactions.
With more than a decade of private aviation experience, Jake combines aircraft brokerage expertise with operational insight across aircraft valuation, transaction strategy, fleet planning, and ownership analysis. As an IADA Certified Aircraft Broker, he guides clients throughout the entire aircraft transaction process, from initial market evaluation and acquisition strategy through negotiation and closing.
Jake has developed specialized expertise in the large-cabin and long-range business aircraft markets, with a primary focus on Bombardier aircraft, including the Global 5000, Global 6000/6500, Global 7500, Challenger 300, Challenger 350, Challenger 605, and Challenger 650 platforms. His understanding of aircraft performance, market values, ownership considerations, and transaction dynamics allows him to provide valuable counsel to clients buying, selling, and evaluating business aircraft.
In addition to his Bombardier expertise, Jake has successfully advised on transactions across multiple segments of business aviation, including the Pilatus aircraft family, Cessna Citation product line, and Embraer Phenom 300 market. This broad experience enables him to provide mission-focused guidance across turboprops, light jets, mid-size aircraft, and large-cabin business jets.
Jake’s operational background further enhances his advisory approach. He played a key role in scaling an Embraer Phenom 300 fleet from four aircraft to seventeen aircraft within 24 months and has experience advising on private aviation programs and Fixed-Base Operator (FBO) management. This perspective allows him to evaluate aircraft decisions beyond acquisition price alone, considering utilization, efficiency, total cost of ownership, and long-term asset strategy.
Jake holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Communications with a minor in Business from Georgia Southern University. He remains actively involved in the business aviation community through his service on the boards of the Young Professionals of Chattanooga and the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce, supporting OGARAJETS’ presence throughout the Southeast aviation market.
Outside of aviation, Jake enjoys golf, cycling, the outdoors, and spending time on the lake. His commitment to understanding each client’s unique goals and investment objectives reflects the philosophy that defines OGARAJETS: trusted relationships, disciplined market expertise, and exceptional service throughout every aircraft transaction.
