Marc Owens
Technical Services Specialist
Marc brings more than two decades of aviation maintenance experience to OGARAJETS, where he serves as a Technical Services Specialist. In his role, Marc helps translate complex technical information into practical insights that empower clients and transaction stakeholders to make informed decisions throughout the aircraft acquisition and sales process. His ability to simplify technical challenges and provide clear, actionable guidance helps ensure every transaction moves forward with confidence.
Marc entered the aviation industry more than 22 years ago after initially pursuing a career as a pilot. While his path shifted toward aircraft maintenance, it ultimately led him to discover a passion for the technical side of aviation. Over the past 20 years as an FAA-certified Airframe & Powerplant technician, he has developed extensive experience supporting maintenance operations, with particular expertise in Aircraft on Ground (AOG) events and identifying efficient maintenance solutions that minimize downtime and maximize aircraft readiness.
A member of the Georgia Business Aviation Association (GBAA), Marc approaches every challenge with a simple philosophy: everything is a process. From the first step to the final milestone, he believes success is achieved through consistency, patience, and continuous learning.
Outside of work, Marc enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and pursuing his Private Pilot training. He is also passionate about introducing the next generation to aviation, volunteering with STEM youth programs and partnering with Augusta Regional Airport to provide discovery flight opportunities for aspiring young aviators.
Whether supporting a transaction or mentoring future aviation professionals, Marc is driven by a lifelong passion for flight and a commitment to helping others succeed.
