Wayne Starling joined OGARAJETS in January 2025 as Director of Sales, bringing extensive experience in aviation finance, sales, and leadership. He is focused on strengthening the sales organization, fostering a high-performing team, and driving long-term growth.
Previously, Wayne was the Executive Director of the International Aircraft Dealers Association (IADA), leading strategic initiatives to enhance the association’s global impact. He also oversaw AircraftExchange.com, expanding its reach and effectiveness in the market. Before IADA, he served as Senior Vice President and National Sales Manager for PNC Aviation Finance, where he specialized in aviation finance for over 25 years.
Wayne’s expertise spans sales, marketing, and strategic business development. His Success Cycle of Selling training program has been widely used by major banks and financial institutions.
A respected industry leader, he has served on the boards of the National Aircraft Resale Association (NARA) and the National Aviation Finance Association (NAFA) and was a member of the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) Leadership Council. He has received numerous honors, including NAFA’s Lifetime Achievement Award in 2018 and IADA’s in 2024.
Beyond aviation, Wayne is known for his love of golf and dedication to family. He is excited to contribute to OGARAJETS' continued success and help shape the future of its sales organization.
