Matt Lake brings over a decade of experience in marketing and IT to his role as Head of Marketing & Data at OGARAJETS. With deep expertise in MarTech, marketing automation, website strategy, campaign operations, and data intelligence, Matt plays a pivotal role in aligning OGARA’s marketing initiatives with performance-driven insights.

Before joining OGARAJETS, Matt served as Executive Director of Marketing Operations at NCR Voyix, where he led the launch of a new corporate website timed to the company’s NYSE listing. The launch earned a Webflow Award nomination and underscored Matt’s ability to lead fast-paced, high-stakes digital initiatives.

Matt earned his business degree from the University of Georgia and his MBA from Georgia State University. He holds certifications in Google Analytics, Scrum Product Ownership, and Webflow, and is also a licensed private pilot, bringing both a technical and personal passion for aviation to the role. His leadership philosophy centers on finding common ground by shifting from perception to perspective, an approach that strengthens collaboration and drives alignment.

Outside the office, Matt is a music and history enthusiast, and a devoted father of two. He enjoys planning global travel with his family and is always looking for the next adventure.
