Ashley Charnley
Chief Operating Officer
Ashley Charnley is the Chief Operating Officer of OGARAJETS, where she oversees company operations, strategic execution, technology integration, and organizational development. Since joining the company in 2011, Ashley has played a key role in OGARAJETS’ transformation from a boutique brokerage into one of the most recognized and process-driven firms in private aviation.
Ashley graduated from Saint Mary’s College with degrees in Communication Studies and English Writing before earning her MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a concentration in data analytics. Prior to joining OGARAJETS, she completed internships across corporate marketing, journalism, public relations, and technology services.
Ashley was promoted to Vice President of Business Integration in 2020 and to Chief Operating Officer in 2026. As an EOS Integrator, she is known for building scalable systems, aligning teams around execution, and helping lead OGARAJETS through a period of significant growth and operational maturity.
In addition to her role at OGARAJETS, Ashley is involved in industry leadership. She currently serves as Chair of the Georgia Business Aviation Association and Chair of the NBAA Local and Regional Groups Standing Committee. She was also recognized as an NBAA 40 Under 40 recipient for her contributions to the business aviation industry.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys reading, cooking, music, and spending time with her husband, Holden, their son, Eason, and friends and family.
