Client Experience Specialist

Chris Spence brings a combination of aviation operations knowledge and aviation business education to his role as Client Experience Specialist at OGARAJETS. In this position, he helps support aircraft transactions throughout the process, assisting with communication across internal teams, maintaining organization around transaction timelines and documentation, and contributing to a smooth experience for clients.

Chris holds a Commercial Pilot Certificate with an Instrument Rating and earned a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Science and Management, where he concentrated on Aviation Business Management. His background provides both a technical understanding of aviation operations and a strong awareness of the business environment surrounding aircraft ownership and transactions.

Prior to joining OGARAJETS, Chris dedicated several years to intensive flight training and academic study, building a foundation that includes knowledge of federal aviation regulations, charter operations, and pilot procedures. This operational perspective helps him bring structure, attention to detail, and clarity to fast-moving transaction environments.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys flying, studying aviation topics, and playing golf. He also coaches youth soccer and volunteers as an aviation career enrichment instructor. An Eagle Scout, Chris values the principle his father taught him—that the quality of one’s work becomes a lasting signature—and he strives to bring that mindset to every project and client interaction.
