McRae Mayfield’s aviation career began in the cockpit, where she developed a passion for flying and helping others achieve their aviation goals. As a Client Experience Specialist at OGARAJETS, she now applies that operational perspective to supporting aircraft transactions, helping coordinate internal communication, track key milestones, and contribute to an organized and collaborative process for clients and colleagues.
McRae holds a Commercial Pilot Certificate with Airplane Single Engine Land and Multi Engine Land ratings and is a Certificated Flight Instructor (CFI), Instrument Instructor (CFII), and Multi Engine Instructor (MEI). Her experience as a flight instructor instilled a disciplined approach to preparation, attention to detail, and problem-solving—skills that translate naturally to managing complex aviation projects.
Before joining OGARAJETS, McRae spent two years instructing pilots at Auburn University and RD Aire, where she worked closely with students pursuing Private Pilot, Instrument Rating, and Commercial Pilot certifications. Through that experience, she developed a strong appreciation for the teamwork, professionalism, and goal-oriented mindset that define the aviation industry.
McRae earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Mississippi. Outside of work, she enjoys flying, hiking, cooking, gardening, and spending time outdoors with family, friends, and her dog.
